3-hour "Stearn Meadows Heli-Hike"

Combine the thrill and exhilaration of a helicopter ride with the quiet and tranquility of a 3 hour guided, interpretive walk in beautiful alpine meadows.

Lots of time for taking photos, asking questions, and interpreting what we see along the way.

Suitable for most fitness levels, although participants should be capable of walking on varied and uneven terrain while carrying a small day-pack. Snacks and fruit juices are provided.

3-hour "Custom Stearn Meadows Heli-Tour"

Enjoy an exhillarating helicopter ride as you're whisked to and from the beautiful alpine meadows below Lightning Ridge.

What you do there depends on your particular group. Explore the meadows, climb a neighboring summit, or set up your easel and paint a picture. The choice is yours.

This trip can be customized to suit almost any fitness level. Snacks and juices are provided.

6-hour "Glacial Bowls Heli-Hike"

Looking for a somewhat longer and more rigorous day hike, entirely within an alpine and subalpine environment? Look no further - this is it!

Instead of a long and gruelling approach hike, a short, effortless helicopter flight gets us up into the high country. Arriving fresh and invigorated, we'll spend the day exploring the bowls and meadows of Lightning Ridge, and when the day is done we'll be whisked back to our waiting vehicles.

Participants should be reasonably fit, and comfortable walking on varied and uneven terrain with a moderate-sized day pack. Lunch is provided.

2-day "Alpine Explorer Heli-Camp"

Want to spend a couple of days hiking, with a night out in the high country, but don't want to lug the big overnight pack? We have the answer!

Relax as you're whisked to beautiful alpine meadows below the sweeping bowls of Lightning Ridge. Here, we'll make camp before taking a relaxing stroll of the meadows - a warm up for day two, when we'll attempt to reach the lofty summit of Lightning Ridge before packing up for the return flight.

Participants should be reasonably fit for this one, and comfortable walking on steep, rocky terrain with a moderate-sized day pack. Meals are provided.
